Getting the right link
On a phone, tap the three dots on the post, then Copy link. On a computer, click the time stamp under the name and copy the address bar.
Before you start
Posts must be set to Public. Friends-only posts can't receive anything from outside your friend list. For a personal profile, turn on Followers in your settings.
Why likes help
Every auto liker from a few years back, ours included, ran on an exchange. You logged in, the site used your account to like other people's posts, and their accounts liked yours. Facebook shut that down and a lot of accounts got checkpointed along the way. Now nothing touches your account. Group posts usually don't work, because most groups are private.
